Overview
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in workflow automation, RPA, or logic-based SaaS platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate).
Strong logical thinking and attention to detail in process modeling.
Familiarity with API usage, webhook configuration, and conditional logic.
Bonus: knowledge of enterprise systems like CRMs, ticketing tools, or BI dashboards.
Strong collaboration and communication skills—comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Workflow Design & Development: Build, configure, and maintain iMBrace no-code and low-code workflows using Databoard, triggers, and channel integrations.
- Translate business rules into modular, reusable workflow components across Slack, WhatsApp, email, and web.
- Develop end-to-end logic for automated routing, role-based decisions, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Solution Implementation & Customization: Collaborate with Customer Success and Project Managers to implement client-specific use cases.
- Tailor workflows based on dynamic profiles, knowledge hubs, and real-time system data.
- Assist in setting up proof-of-concept (PoC) environments, testing logic flows, and ensuring production-readiness.
- Platform Expertise & Best Practices: Develop deep knowledge of the iMBrace orchestration engine, SDKs, integration modules, and governance model.
- Propose optimizations and reusable templates for common use cases across industries (e.g., banking, insurance, enterprise services).
- Document implementation guides and workflow logic for handoff and long-term maintainability.

- Our main office is based in Ipoh, and candidates who are willing to relocate or work on-site are preferred, as close collaboration with the core team is beneficial during onboarding and project delivery.
