Responsibilities

• Workflow Design & Development: Build, configure, and maintain iMBrace no-code and low-code workflows using Databoard, triggers, and channel integrations.
• Translate business rules into modular, reusable workflow components across Slack, WhatsApp, email, and web.
• Develop end-to-end logic for automated routing, role-based decisions, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Solution Implementation & Customization: Collaborate with Customer Success and Project Managers to implement client-specific use cases.
• Tailor workflows based on dynamic profiles, knowledge hubs, and real-time system data.
• Assist in setting up proof-of-concept (PoC) environments, testing logic flows, and ensuring production-readiness.
• Platform Expertise & Best Practices: Develop deep knowledge of the iMBrace orchestration engine, SDKs, integration modules, and governance model.
• Propose optimizations and reusable templates for common use cases across industries (e.g., banking, insurance, enterprise services).
• Document implementation guides and workflow logic for handoff and long-term maintainability.
