About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Lead QA to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of product quality, and leads testing initiatives that ensure a flawless user experience.

As the Lead QA, you will oversee the testing process, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage testing activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including regression, functional, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using test management and bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth release cycles.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to QA team members to foster skill development and productivity.
• Communicate quality updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
