Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized System Tester & Documentation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing system functionalities to ensure they meet documented requirements, as well as gathering system requirements and preparing clear, accurate technical documentation. This role is critical in ensuring system quality, usability, and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test system functionalities to ensure they operate correctly according to documented requirements.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, issues, and inconsistencies.
• Verify system behavior against functional and technical specifications.
• Gather and analyze system requirements from stakeholders and users.
• Prepare, update, and maintain system documentation, including requirement documents and user guides.
• Collaborate closely with developers and project stakeholders to improve system quality and clarity.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of software systems and testing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and clearly document system requirements.
