In this role, you will work closely with our software development teams to establish and enhance quality assurance processes, ensuring high‑quality hardware and software products. You will contribute significantly to frontloading quality efforts and conduct thorough software code review analyses to prevent defect leakage.

The Software Quality Lead will report to the Sr. Manager of Software Quality within the Supply Chain function and will support Motorola LMR Products and Services. This individual will be a “change agent” and will integrate quality checks throughout the development cycle of software tools and applications. This individual will be ensuring the development team integrates quality checks throughout the product development process. This role will also be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of processes and procedures used for improving the efficiency of quality assurance.
