What Will You Do?

Be part of a Scrum team, collaborating with other software engineers.

Report directly to your Team Leader while working closely with end-users.

Maintain clear and proactive communication with the project team to ensure well-designed software delivery.

Keep your work organized with proper documentation, discipline, and 5S practices.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures.

Familiarity with Git version control systems.

Experience with relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL) is a plus.

Knowledge of AI or Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
