Location: Georgetown, Penang / Remote / Hybrid

Working hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Overview

We are seeking an ideal candidate with over 3 years of software development experience and a solid grasp of open‑source methodologies. Recent college graduates with strong academic performance are also encouraged to apply. Excellent English communication skills are essential; Mandarin proficiency is a mandatory.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cloud‑native platforms with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Maintain codebases, applying modern design principles and best practices.
• Participate in technical deep dives & code reviews.
• Collaborate across teams to define and implement infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to open‑source projects, especially in Python, or Terraform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python, C#, or Golang.
• Expert in Git workflows and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Deep understanding of system design, algorithms, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and declarative provisioning.
