Job summary

A technology firm based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Software Engineer to participate in system design and software engineering tasks. Job description

Participate in requirements analysis, system design, architecture, workflow streamlining, implementation, and integration of new systems, as well as enhancements of existing systems.

Perform software engineering tasks and related assignments as directed by the Team Lead/Manager.

Design, improve, and support architecture and infrastructure systems, including cloud-based solutions, for both internal and external users.

Candidates with relevant experience and leadership qualities may be considered for senior positions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in ASP.NET, Angular (or other front-end technologies), SQL Server, and C#.
• Strong understanding of OOP, 3-tier development, and enterprise architecture.
• Exposure to Microsoft Enterprise Library, WCF, WWF, WPF, iOS, and/or MS Dynamics CRM is a plus.
• Software repository, portfolio, or sample projects are highly valued.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
