Job description

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues.

Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, manage communication and client relationship management.

Identifying and resolving technical issues in timely manner base on severities.

Monitor service performance, analyze application logs and optimize code for efficiency and performance.

Implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the frontend application.

Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.

1 - 2 years of experience in software development and supports.

Strong communication skill and proficient in English.

Knowledge of database design models and advance SQL queries.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
