Responsibilities
  • Involve in brainstorming, organizing, planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Plan social media editorial calendar and develop creative content for key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, include XHS.
  • Establish and maintain external communications calendar and manage scheduled assignments accordingly and timely.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts by posting regularly and responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Copywriting and creative input on development of promotional collaterals such as social media captions, press releases, flyers etc.
  • Work closely with the creative team to coordinate photoshoot and video shoot projects from pre- to post-production.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and identify inefficiencies in existing processes.
  • Track and analyze content performance to optimize campaigns and drive engagement growth.
  • Offer data-driven recommendations aligned with overall company strategies and prioritize process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as directed.
Experience & Skill Sets
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
  • Fair knowledge in creating fast trend content using available platforms or AI applications.
  • Proficient in editing content with mobile apps such as CapCut, InShot or similar video editing tools.
  • Gadget savvy and fair knowledge of professional production equipment will be an added advantage.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
  • Strong and effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as the ability to collaborate across different departments.
  • Creative and innovative.
  • Project a professional image to maintain the reputation of the brand when communicating internally and externally.
  • Performance driven with high attention to details.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin with computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of design software will be an advantage.
Mandarin Requirement
