We’re looking for a creative, data-savvy, and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team. If you're passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and the beauty industry, this role could be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and execute the end-to-end influencer marketing process.
  • Identify and research suitable KOLs/influencers.
  • Outreach, relationship-building, and negotiate collaborations.
  • Develop and present creative campaign briefs.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Monitor influencer content and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Analyze and identify content and promotion trends that align with brand and marketing goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams (branding, content, creative) to ensure influencer collaborations are aligned with the brand image.
  • Track and report key campaign metrics and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or KOL/Influencer Management.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, with hands-on experience managing content and campaigns.
  • Prior experience in or a strong interest in the beauty industry (especially Skincare, Haircare, Oral Care, or Cosmetics) is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to organize, track, and present data clearly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique, out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage and track multiple tasks.
  • A strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Adaptable and able to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
