We’re looking for a creative, data-savvy, and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team. If you're passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and the beauty industry, this role could be a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute the end-to-end influencer marketing process.
- Identify and research suitable KOLs/influencers.
- Outreach, relationship-building, and negotiate collaborations.
- Develop and present creative campaign briefs.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Monitor influencer content and evaluate campaign performance.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Analyze and identify content and promotion trends that align with brand and marketing goals.
- Work closely with internal teams (branding, content, creative) to ensure influencer collaborations are aligned with the brand image.
- Track and report key campaign metrics and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or KOL/Influencer Management.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, with hands-on experience managing content and campaigns.
- Prior experience in or a strong interest in the beauty industry (especially Skincare, Haircare, Oral Care, or Cosmetics) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to organize, track, and present data clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique, out-of-the-box ideas.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage and track multiple tasks.
