About your new role!

The Social Media Manager is responsible for driving the brand’s social presence through strategic content planning, creative coordination, and data‑driven insights. This role oversees the entire social content lifecycle from ideation to production to publishing and ensures alignment with brand goals, client expectations, and platform best practices. The Social Media Manager works closely with content creators, creatives, the studio team, and the Head of Social to deliver impactful, high‑performing content across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Planning
  • Develop, manage, and maintain monthly/weekly social media calendars.
  • Conceptualise content ideas, storylines, and formats aligned to campaign and audience objectives.
  • Ensure content is platform‑specific, timely, relevant, and culturally aware.
  • Content Production & Execution
  • Oversee end‑to‑end production, including shoots, edits, and post‑production processes.
  • Collaborate with content creators and the studio team to deliver high‑quality visuals and videos.
  • Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, and other creative platforms to support content creation.
  • Ensure consistent branding, tone, and storytelling across all content.
  • Event Coverage (On‑Ground & Hybrid)
  • Plan and execute on‑ground and live event coverage across platforms (IG Stories, Reels, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Coordinate with creators, photographers, videographers, and studio teams to capture real‑time content.
  • Develop event‑specific content plans, shot lists, and story flows.
  • Manage live posting, audience engagement, and quick‑turnaround edits during and after events.
  • Deliver event highlight reels, recap posts, and social storytelling that amplifies the campaign or brand moment.
  • Client Management & Collaboration
  • Act as a key client contact for social matters, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Present plans, content calendars, concepts, and performance results confidently and clearly.
  • Interpret and implement client feedback efficiently while maintaining quality and strategy.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics
  • Monitor content performance through platform insights.
  • Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations for future content together with our Social Analyst Team.
What We’d Love To See From You
  • Proven experience in social media management or content planning.
  • Strong understanding of major platforms (IG, TikTok, FB, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
  • Proficiency with Canva and CapCut; basic editing or design skills preferred.
  • Experience in event coverage, on‑ground production, and rapid content turnaround.
  • Familiarity with KOL engagement and influencer workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to form insights from data.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments.
  • Strong creative instincts and an eye for detail.
