Manage & grow the brand’s presence on Tiktok, XHS and Instagram, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and messaging.
Plan, execute, and optimize influencer (KOL) collaborations – from sourcing and briefing to content review and performance tracking.
Identifying and researching suitable KOLs/influencers.
Outreach, relationship-building, and negotiation.
Developing and presenting creative campaign briefs.
Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
Monitoring influencer content and evaluating campaign performance.
Create and schedule engaging lifestyle, beauty, and trend-driven content aligned with brand objectives.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and creative innovation.
Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare clear reports with recommendations for improvement.
1–3 years of hands‑on experience in social media management or influencer marketing.
Strong understanding of Tiktok, XHS and Instagram content styles, algorithms, and audience behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
A self‑starter with a creative mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
