Social Media Executive (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & XHS)

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team at Super Tours & Travel Service Sdn Bhd in Butterworth, Penang. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for managing our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu, to engage with our customers and promote our travel packages.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads

Creating and scheduling engaging content across multiple social media platforms

Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner

Analysing social media performance metrics and providing recommendations to improve our social media presence

Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns

Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

Excellent written and visual communication skills

Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content

Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Knowledge of the travel industry or a keen interest in tourism is a plus
