The Social Media and Creative Marketing Specialist/Manager is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging channels. This role involves developing and executing creative marketing campaigns, enhancing organisational branding and engaging target audiences effectively. The ideal candidate will combine strategic marketing expertise with creative content development skills, ensuring consistent brand messaging and impactful digital engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in social media management, brand marketing, or creative campaign development.
Proven track record in planning and executing successful in social media platform.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter) and current trends.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
Strong copywriting, storytelling, and video editing skills for platform-specific content.
Ability to work independently and get your hands dirty.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and audiences.
Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Manage social media interactions, respond to inquiries, and foster an active online community.
Design and execute creative marketing campaigns for products, services, and brand initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives.
Produce platform-specific content including short videos, reels, stories, and livestreams.
Maintain consistent brand tone, style, and identity across all platforms and campaigns.
Support organisational branding through event promotion, PR materials, and corporate storytelling.

Track and analyse performance metrics for social media and campaigns.
