Job Responsibilities

• Performs troubleshooting, debugging, and rework of PCBAs at the component level.
• Operates electronic test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, to carry out debugging activities.
• Provides technical support, guidance, and training to test operators.
• Works closely with test engineers on product functionality issues and updates test work instructions (WI).
• Supports monitoring of test performance by tracking first-pass yield and equipment cycle time.
• Adheres to all safety guidelines and reports any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Creates and maintains debug guides and test work instructions (WI) for PCBA troubleshooting.
• Manages, tracks, and clears aging debug WIP inventory.
• Supervises production and test operators.
• Carries out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Telecommunication Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in debugging or failure analysis.
• Understanding of circuit analysis using schematic diagrams (digital and analogue).
• Strong experience in functional testing (FT) and debugging.
• Demonstrates good soldering and rework skills.
• Able to work independently with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
