The Role Comprises of:
- Overall business development on SME loan and deposit products.
- Managing customer relationships to develop and sustain business flow and achieve bank’s business objectives.
- Developing and implementing marketing plans, administering and monitoring loan accounts.
- Soliciting and developing new client relationships to drive SME business to new heights.
- Enhancing existing customer relationships and cross-selling the Bank's products.

Requirements:
- Recognised Degree or Diploma with strong analytical skills in financial accounts and proficiency in cash flow analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong inclination towards a sales-driven culture.
- Results‑driven with strong commitment to achieve sales targets set by the bank.
- Own transport.
- 1‑2 years of working experience in banking sales (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
