Job description

The VoLTE O&M and Operations Engineer will be responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of VoLTE services within the telecom network. This position requires technical expertise in VoLTE technology, proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless operation and service quality of VoLTE platforms to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations and Monitoring:
  • Monitor VoLTE network performance and conduct regular checks on service availability and quality.
  • Ensure smooth operation of VoLTE services and identify any anomalies or degradation in service.
  • Perform system configuration and routine updates as per operational requirements.
• Troubleshooting and Incident Management:
  • Quickly identify and resolve any issues impacting VoLTE service functionality, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
  • Investigate and analyze root causes of VoLTE-related incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with network operations, R&D, and customer support teams to resolve service issues and deploy improvements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other teams in case of VoLTE-related inquiries.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of system performance, incidents, and service-related activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on network status, KPIs, and performance indicators for management.
• Service Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure compliance with SLA (Service Level Agreement) for VoLTE service quality and customer experience.
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure VoLTE service meets internal and external quality standards.
