Job description

Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day construction activities on site

Ensure smooth running of the project and meet the famed deadlines

Must be able to understand RC, civil infrastructure, building structure, electrical and architect plans.

Solve site issues, report immediately to Project Manager / Directors for decision

Supervise contractor's workmanship and safety issue

Liase with consultants, contractors, authority, surveyor and relevant parties and also conduct site meetings with contractors

Prepare daily / weekly reports

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Years of experience in Property Development / Construction / Real Estate industry.

Candidate must have good knowledge in construction related issues, problem solving skill, teamwork, initiative, good working attitude and a responsible person.

Ability to foresee, prevent and minimize the risks atाङ\s site and works

Salary commensurate with experience

Possess own transportation
