Job summary

A construction management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a site supervisor to oversee and coordinate site activities. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, preparing reports, and ensuring material delivery compliance. Qualifications

Monitor daily work progress and ensure alignment with project schedule and milestones.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical/site issues.

Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Coordinate delivery of materials and ensure proper usage and storage.

Undertake any other task assigned by the management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Experience in supervising subcontractors and managing multi-discipline site activities.

Experience in infrastructure works is an added advantage.

Good knowledge of safety practices (WSH/OHS certifications are an advantage).

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Physically fit to work on active construction sites.
