Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a team of carpenters and cabinet makers on site
• Ensure all carpentry and cabinet making work is completed to the required specifications and quality standards
• Monitor progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise on site
• Liaise with project managers and clients to provide updates and address any concerns
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect the wellbeing of the work crew
• Forecast material and labour requirements, and manage inventory and procurement
• Mentor and train junior carpenters and cabinet makers on the team
