What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and supervise the work of construction teams, including subcontractors, to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks
• Monitor and report on progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols, as well as quality control measures
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
• Manage and optimise the use of resources, materials, and equipment on site
• Contribute to the planning and scheduling of construction activities
• Provide mentorship and training to junior members of the construction team

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, methods, and regulations
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools
• A relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
