Haverse Holding Sdn. Bhd. – Senawang, Negeri Sembilan

Oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

To assist the Project Manager or Site Manager to plan, monitor and control daily activities at project sites.

Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.

Conduct site inspections and risk assessments, implementing safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Regular site inspection and meticulous on work termination and workmanship.

Manage materials and equipment logistics, ensuring availability and efficient use of resources.

To lead and coordinates the project team to ensure collaboration and and to ensure overall progress going towards the right direction.

To control and monitor work progress and ensure work quality.

Perform any other project duties assigned by the superior

Requirements:

At least 1 years related experience is required

Must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent. field.

Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and AutoCAD applications.

Possess own transport.

Able to work long hours, weekend and Public Holidays when required.

Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
