We’re looking for a proactive and hands‑on Site Supervisor to support daily project operations and ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This role suits someone who enjoys leading teams, resolving on‑site challenges, and keeping projects moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of foreign workers to ensure smooth daily site operations.
• Attend project meetings, provide progress updates, and support coordination efforts.
• Liaise with site managers, clients, and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and aligned with quality expectations.
• Oversee and guide construction teams and subcontractors with minimal supervision.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities to ensure work progress follows the execution plan.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance to reduce accidents and maintain a safe site environment.
• Monitor workmanship quality and follow up to ensure standards are met.
• Work with the Quantity Surveyor (QS) on measurements, progress claims, payments, and variation orders.
• Maintain and safekeep daily progress pictures, reports, and documentation.
• Willing to work and be based on‑site as required by the project.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Construction (or Engineering) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
