Responsibilities
- Monitor all structure works carried out by subcontractors/workers in accordance to construction specifications.
- Conduct inspection on construction activities with consultants/architects/subcontractors.
- Order materials on site and monitor quality-related activities.
- Attend site progress meetings and report on work progress status.
- Carry out various inspections and tests.
- Coordinate with defect issues and carry out rectification works.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the Site Head.
