Job summary

A construction firm is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to assist in supervising construction works in Kajang, Selangor. Site Supervisor WP BINA SDN. BHD. Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Selangor Construction Full time RM 2,300 – RM 3,200 per month

Due to our growing business expansion, we are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join us and to grow his career with the company as Site Supervisor and have prospects to promote to head of site for delegated candidates.

Working hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Mon to Sat)

Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management. Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years of working experience. Able to work independently with good working attitude. Willing to contribute or work for long hours prior to project deliverable. Must have good interpersonal skills. Target-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. This position is only applicable for Malaysian.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager to supervise all construction works on the project.
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by quality management system.
• Implement project operations and document control procedure.
• Supervise, monitor and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
• Coordinate with Project Director, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and timely progression of the work.
• Maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.
• Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
