Qualifications

• At least SPM holder / Diploma / Degree in Civil or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in supervision of M & E construction projects.
• With Class D driving license.
• Fresh Graduates with enthusiasm are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, coordinate daily work progress at the project site.
• Ensure execution according to drawings, specifications, procedures, and schedule.
• Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors.
• Prepare and schedule orders and deliveries of building materials.
• Carry out inspections and tests to meet quality requirements.
• Prepare and update daily reports, verify progress, and attend site meetings.
• Liaise with contractors for defect rectification works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, coordinate daily work progress at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
• Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, procedures & schedule.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Prepare and schedule orders and deliveries of building materials.
• Carry out inspection and tests to ensure that work done has meet to the quality requirement.
• Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report and attending to site meeting.
• Liaise with contractors for defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period. Report to GM/PM if any discrepancy is detected.

Requirements

• At least 1 years’ experience in supervision of M & E construction project.
