Job summary

SITE / PROJECT ENGINEER (RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL)

Miclebina Properties Sdn Bhd – Ipoh, Perak

Assist the Project Manager in managing and coordinating project activities from planning to completion.

Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, correspondence, and filing systems.

Liaise with government agencies, consultants, and contractors for regulatory submissions and approvals.

Monitor site work progress and assist in resolving technical issues.

Support on-site execution when required to ensure smooth project operations.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, progress updates, and project tracking activities.

Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned to support overall project operations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Property Development, or related field.

At‑least 2 years of experience in property development or construction.

Familiarity with government liaison processes and documentation handling.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in paperwork and project tracking.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross‑functional teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is a plus.

Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin‑speaking candidates is preferred to liaise with related stakeholders).
