• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Prefer knowledge in Civil Engineering Works & Construction Works.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excels at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.

Responsibilities

Tasks include –

• Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications;
• Coordinating labour resources and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment;
• Operating and implementing coordinated work programmes for sites;
• Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety;
• Arranging submission of plans to local authorities;
• Arranging building inspections by relevant authorities;
