Job description

As a Site Manager at REVMAX ENGINEERING SDN BHD, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful completion of construction projects in the OIL & GAS industry across Peninsular Malaysia. This full‑time position requires strong oil & gas civil and mechanical engineering expertise, as you will lead site operations, manage technical execution, and ensure all project activities meet the highest safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive construction plans based on oil & gas civil and mechanical engineering specifications to meet project timelines and budgets
• Coordinating the activities of sub‑contractors, suppliers, consultants, and the in‑house construction team
• Monitoring construction progress, technical works, and site conditions, and resolving any engineering or construction‑related issues or delays
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant oil & gas civil and mechanical engineering standards, building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies
• Reviewing and interpreting civil and structural drawings, method statements, and technical documents
• Reporting project progress, risks, and technical matters to senior management and clients
• Providing mentorship, technical guidance, and leadership to junior site and engineering team members

What we’re looking for

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in Oil & Gas Site Management with a strong background in civil and mechanical engineering works
• Solid knowledge of civil construction methods, structural works, building regulations, and project management principles
• Proven ability to manage site operations, resources, and engineering challenges effectively
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise site and engineering teams to achieve project objectives
• Proficient in reading, interpreting, and executing construction, civil, and structural drawings
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or related oil & gas engineering fields.
