Job description

SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL) (PERAK/KEDAH/SELANGOR/JOHOR)

Responsible to execute – plan, coordinate and monitor the civil progress of TNB substation projects (Client: TNB) / Responsible to execute and supervise the progress of the site construction works of TNB substation (switchyard/building) (Client: TNB)

To assist the project managers/consultants in the implementation, monitoring, and control of progress of the project works within the targeted time line, and to ensure works carried out according to all technical/safety requirements.

To assist the project team of engineers/project managers in the implementation and supervision of the project progress to meet the time line

To organize, monitor and control progressively the performance of the sub-contractors, supplier's quality of materials, output of the machineries engaged and overall efficiency of the works to the highest level in accordance to the drawings and specifications.

To monitor closely and take prompt action on all issues related to project progress to ensure the project progress is always on track or ahead.

To fully assist and play important role in the project management and ensuring all project documents are in good order at all time.

Responsible and ensuring in preparing and maintaining all site reports/project documents in good order at all time.

Job Requirements

Candidate must be a graduate withDegree in Engineering (Civil) from local university or Higher National Diploma for local polytechnic or equivalent.

At least2 years minimum working experience in the related field is required. Besides that should there be overall working experienceof more than two(2) years available, it will be highly considered

Required language:Bahasa Malaysia & English

Applicants must be willing to work at project site located inNorth/Central/Southern regionof the country
