Personal Capability Building
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities
as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional
accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain
an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices
through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Manufacturing Methods/Processes Development
Identify shortcomings in existing manufacturing processes, systems, and procedures; deliver
straightforward improvements to manufacturing processes and methods with guidance from
a more senior colleague.

Review existing operations in a major area of work and implement innovation processes to
generate new ideas and ensure the required continuous improvement outcomes are
delivered.

Procedural Improvement
Improve and develop procedures by giving feedback on what works and what doesn't,
suggesting and implementing improvements to procedures and processes.

Improvement/Innovation
Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems, and
procedures, then deliver a plan for a small element of a change management program with
guidance from a project/program manager.

Project Management
Deliver small- or medium-scale projects while working within an established program
management plan.

Project Reporting and Review
Draft project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and
recommendations, to support the review process and enable stakeholders to evaluate
progress and agree on change.

Network of Influence
Demonstrate understanding of the value of networking by participating in and contributing to
a network of people, technologies, and ideas both inside and outside the company.
