The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management within a shopping centre environment. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in shopping centres.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with FM SOP and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the Facilities department.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for the Facilities department.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of spreadsheets and Excel

Strong technical knowledge on facilities management

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Meticulous documentation skills

Education

Professional Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
