  • Possess valid Typhoid Injection Certificate and Food Handling Course Certificate (or willing to obtain upon hiring).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure staff follow the standard of procedure when preparing food and drink.
  • Ensure cleanliness of all outlets.
  • Monitor stock balance, product freshness, and expiry dates.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure staff follow the standard of procedure when preparing food and drink.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all outlet.
  • Responsible for monitoring stock balance, product freshness, ensure products are within expiry dates, and assist with stock ordering.
  • Properly handle, clean, and maintain all machines and equipment in good working condition.
  • Serve customer politely, professionally, and with respect at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Accurately perform all cashier transactions and may be required to handle daily bank‑in in accordance with company procedures.
  • Oversee and supervise outlet operations.
  • Assist in staff management, including duty roster arrangement, recruitment, and training of new staff.
  • Support and supervise all promotion‑related activities.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
