A logistics company based in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator. The role involves handling shipping documentation, coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with procedures, and supporting daily logistics operations. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Business with at least 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics, alongside strong computer skills and communication abilities in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Handle shipping documentation for import & export.
Prepare and review shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.).
Coordinate shipments with shipping companies, transporters, and freight forwarders.
Ensure shipments are carried out smoothly, on time, and in compliance with procedures.
Monitor shipping records and prepare related reports.
Support daily logistics operations including stock in/out coordination.
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in shipping or logistics.
Knowledge of import & export procedures.
Proficient in computer applications & MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and meet deadlines.
Advantage: Experience dealing with Malaysia Customs.
