Yeow Jih Industries is seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for our diverse range of industrial equipment and machinery. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

What you'll be doing

• Performing scheduled and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with machinery, and implementing effective repair solutions
• Documenting all maintenance and repair work carried out, and maintaining detailed records
• Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and clients
• Collaborating with the wider technical team to share knowledge and best practices
• Continuously expanding your technical expertise through training and upskilling

What we're looking for

• Relevant technical qualification or trade certification in a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role, willing to travel outstation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work independently or as part of a team
