Responsibilities

• Installation and testing of new products.
• Providing practical training to clients and team members.
• Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.
• Handling in-house repairs and service activities.
• Maintain quality records.
• Providing customer support and performing maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Competency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and understand instructions (both verbal and written).
