We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team at Riken Keiki Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services to our valued clients. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our equipment and systems.

What you'll be doing

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of electrical and electronic equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, identifying the root cause and implementing appropriate solutions
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities and document findings
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to provide technical support and guidance to clients
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices
• Comply with all relevant safety regulations and procedures

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in electrical or electronics engineering, or a related field. A candidate with Three‑phase Wireman or Single‑Phase Wireman certification is encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and tools
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning
