Responsibilities

• Handle the SAP ERP Module MM, SD, and CRM Service.
• Manage inventory and maintain the main stock.
• Follow-up calls to customers for repair and contract quotations.
• Act as a back-up for service activities in CRM.
• Handle tenders and projects.
• Follow-up on outstanding payments with end customers.
• Support in marketing activities for fairs and exhibitions.
• General responsibility within the administration team.
