MARCHE AUTO SDN BHD is looking for an experienced Service Manager (Automobile) to join our team in Johor Bahru District, Johor. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our automobile service department, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and lead the service team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure all vehicle servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide timely updates on the status of their vehicles.
  • Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, and place orders as necessary.
  • Implement and maintain processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
