Service Technician/Engineer and a Lab Technician/Engineer.

Core Responsibilities

Service Technician/Engineer

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of environmental & vibration test equipment at the customer site.

• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment per Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions.

• Ensure 5S is being carried out at the workplace, and follow the Safety Rules & Regulations during work being carried out.

• Prepare a service report, project report, work permit, and safety documents.
  A good team player with the ability to develop relationships with customers, peers, and supervisors.

Lab Technician/Engineer

• Perform laboratory testing services and generate reports.

• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment per Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions.

• Perform service and repair of environmental & vibration test equipment.

• Ensure 5Sis being carried out at the workplace and follow the Safety Rules & Regulations during work being carried out.

• Prepare a technical report, test document, safety documents and other necessary documents required.

• A good team player with the ability to develop relationships with customers, peers, and supervisors.

Key Requirements

Service Technician/Engineer

• Required skill(s): Electrical, Refrigeration and/or Mechanical engineering knowledge.

• Knowledge of reliability testing and ISO 17025 would be an advantage.

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in the science or engineering field.

• Ability to read and write English.

• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Positive attitude, team player, able to work independently to troubleshoot and solve problems.

• Willingness to travel locally or overseas.

• Ability to be on on-call standby during off-office hours and weekend/PH. (if necessary).

• Ability to work under pressure, long working hours and on weekends or Public holidays (if necessary).

• Possesses own transport.

Lab Technician/Engineer

• Must have basic knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical engineering.

• Knowledge of reliability testing and ISO 17025 would be an advantage.

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in the science or engineering field.

• Ability to read and write English.

• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Positive attitude, team player, able to work independently to troubleshoot and solve problems.

• Ability to support production on the routing shift (if necessary).

• Ability to work under pressure, long working hours and on weekends or Public holidays (if necessary).
