FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (Mandarin Technical Support) As a Service Engineer at ZI LIAN (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the Ipoh . This full-time role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' systems. You will work closely with our customers to address their service needs and help them maximise the performance of their equipment. Provide machinery installation, retrofit, maintenance, and calibration services. Respond to customer service requests to troubleshooting problems, take corrective actions, and complete on-site repairs including testing of the system. To provide excellent customer technical support, after-sales services, and operation training. To assist the sales division in preparing engineering documents/drawings/sample Able to prepare an incident report, machine buy-off report, and simple SOP. Possessown transportation andwilling to travel domestic and oversea Working inside clean room environment.

Job requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering mechanical or electronic or relevant.

Familiar with Semiconductor machines Oven, EFEM, WET Process and robot arm

Preferable 3 years and above of Semiconductor field experience.

Able to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English (MUET > = Band 3) and Mandarin

Proficiency in reading Mandarin is required to interpret technical manuals and communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients/Suppliers.

Required skills: Microsoft Office and PC literacy.

Good discipline, punctuality, ability to deliver requested tasks and result-oriented. Willing to learn new skills and work as a team.

Willing to travel Outstation when necessary & has own transport.

Must be able to work independently & under pressure conditions.
