Job description

Responsibilities

• To perform all service jobs including Installation, Testing and Commissioning (T&C), User Training, Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Breakdown Maintenance effectively and efficiently to ensure maximum customers’ satisfaction.
• To ensure all equipment repairs and maintenance service are promptly attended to and rectified within a reasonable period of time to minimize down time in the customers operation.
• To maintain all testing equipment, tools and diagnostics material in good condition.
• Compliance with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device (GDPMD), ISO 13485 and Medical Device Authority (MDA).
• To inspect incoming medical device to assure physical condition, quantity of accessory and functionality are meet the requirement.
• Timely submitted the service report/documentation to coordinator for filing purpose.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Medical Electronics, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or equivalent.
• Experience or basic technical skill in Diagnostic/Clinical/Medical instrumentation.
• Proficient in written and spoken in both Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and English.
• Fast learner with keen interest to learn new products and new technologies.
• Responsible, independent and good team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and be on-calls required.
• Candidate with BEM certificate will be added advantages.
• Applicants must be Malaysia Citizens.
• Possess own car and willing to travel (with a valid car driving license).
