A leading technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Kiosk Maintenance Support Technician. The role involves providing hardware maintenance support, assisting agents with troubleshooting, and traveling across Malaysia for maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, repairing kiosks, and managing preventive maintenance schedules. On-the-job training will be provided. Ideal candidates should possess technical skills in hardware maintenance and be willing to travel.
To provide hardware maintenance support for the kiosks in accordance with SOP as established by the company.
To assist company agent for maintenance or synchronize company kiosks by phone or direct coaching.
To arrange kiosks part accordingly and deliver to agent if there have requested from company agent accordingly.
To maintain and take care our kiosks at warehouse accordingly.
On site troubleshooting, repairing and able to determine source of problems to recommend corrective actions to management.
To perform routine maintenance and established preventive maintenance schedule of the company kiosks.
willing to travel over all Malaysian state for maintenance and collection as per HOD instruction.
On job training will be provided in house and on site.
