Repairs: Conduct repairs and adjustments on machinery equipment to address identified issues and restore functionality, including replacing faulty components, adjusting settings, and calibrating systems as necessary.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on machinery equipment, including inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring the safety of oneself and others in the vicinity of machinery equipment.

Collaboration: Coordinate with other technicians, engineers, and production staff to prioritize maintenance tasks, share knowledge and expertise, and support overall operational efficiency.

Emergency Response: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or emergencies, troubleshoot problems on‑site, and implement temporary solutions to minimize downtime until permanent repairs can be completed.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification or vocational training in machinery maintenance or a related field preferred.

Willingness to travel in Malaysia and overseas as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events or trade shows and training in China.

Fluent in Mandarin as the training will be conducted in Mandarin

Candidates who speak another language along with English and Mandarin will be added advantage.

On call when necessary machine repairing at site including weekend/ holiday, compensation leave provided.

Proven experience as a machinery technician or similar role, with expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Strong understanding of machinery mechanics, including principles of operation, components, and assembly.

Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
