Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets by working with the Account Manager and senior sales personnel to establish selling strategies and tactics in order to obtains orders and establishes new accounts.
- Call on existing and potential customers to analyze their needs, requirements, strategic plans and then recommend solutions with company programs. Keep management informed through regular activity reports and communications.
- Call on customer facilities, observe and implement practical application of products, troubleshooting and recommend new applications, equipment and procedure for existing products.
- Report changes or problems to Account Manager and then customers.
- Report to management regarding account activities, customers' needs, prices, competitors' activities and product acceptability.
- Responsible for all aspects of safety on the job, including the operation and maintenance of equipment safety and complying with policy regarding the shipping of analytical samples.
- Support company ESG.
Requirements
- Degree in chemistry, science or technical fieldsor equivalent
- 1-2 years working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, independent, customer oriented
- Good computer skills with capability in data analysis tools and presentation skills (word, excel, ppt)
- Good in lab experiment skill
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Fast learner
- Able to work flexible hours and occasional travel is required
