A leading technology solutions provider based in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide outstanding customer service and technical assistance. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and possess strong capabilities in data analysis and Microsoft Office products. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in business operations, with relevant experience in telecommunications being a plus. The role involves working from Tuesday to Saturday, 8am-5pm, in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working in a business operation role.
  • 1+ years of experience in telecommunications, fixed line or VOIP is a plus.
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 ticketing tool is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical assistance to users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by being patient and courteous.
  • Utilizing a ticketing system to document user concerns and track issues.
