Job description

Lead and supervise end-to-end service center operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence

Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving escalated customer complaints professionally

Monitor repair workflow and turnaround times to ensure compliance with SLA and quality benchmarks

Oversee diagnostics, repair processes, and final quality checks to ensure devices meet service requirements

Manage spare parts inventory, including stock control, turnover optimization, and coordination with suppliers

Plan, schedule, and allocate manpower effectively to support daily operations and peak service demand

Coach, train, and evaluate service center staff to enhance technical competency and service performance

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures

Prepare and analyze operational reports, including repair performance, customer feedback, and productivity metrics

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service processes and operational efficiency

Provide hands‑on technical support and perform device repairs when required to support operational needs

Job Requirements
  • Familiar with basic computer operations(Microsoft Word / Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point)
  • Basic Electronic Equipment Knowledge and electronic equipment repair experience is required
  • Optimistic and cheerful, able to endure hardship and hardworking
  • Good service attitude and able to solve customer complaint.
  • Experience in mobile phone service center or retail shop management is preferred.
  • Able to speak Chinese is preferred
