A leading automotive service centre in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist customers in repairing premium cars like BMW and Mercedes-Benz. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle appointment planning and invoicing. Technical knowledge is beneficial but not essential. The role requires accurate execution of tasks and flexibility to manage unexpected situations, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.

Service Advisor to assist customers and create trusted relationships. Having strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and friendly personality.
Must be well organised, able to handle appointment planning, opening repair orders, quotations and discussions with customers, invoicing. Good administration skills.
Accurate and timely execution of tasks. Initiative and flexibility to handle unexpected situations. Good phone and keyboard skills.
Technical knowledge not essential but is an advantage.
