Job Overview

Provide technical support in fault management, configuration, performance, and security management for Wireless Network Elements (2G/3G/LTE/5G)

Accurately assess fault complexity and coordinate multi-domain troubleshooting, escalating unresolved issues to the Huawei Technical Assistance Center (TAC) or vendor experts as required.

Collaborate with cross-domain teams (Wireless, IP, Transport/DWDM, and RF) to ensure efficient fault resolution, performance optimization, and network stability.

Ensure all activities comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Manage and resolve incidents and customer complaints escalated from Front Office (1st line) engineers.

Develop and execute restoration plans during critical or major network incidents.

Prepare and deliver regular performance and fault analysis reports (weekly, monthly) with trend insights and recommendations.

Produce Severe Incident Reports (SIR) and ad‑hoc reports within agreed timelines.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for troubleshooting and share best practices within the team.

Provide on‑the‑job training and technical guidance to junior engineers to enhance team capability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field of study.

Above 5 years of experience in Wireless Network Operations or Technical Delivery roles, preferably within the telecom industry.

In‑depth knowledge of Wireless (2G/3G/4G/5G) systems, IP networking, DWDM transmission and RF principles.

Proven expertise in fault diagnosis, performance management, and multi‑domain integration.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with a results‑driven mindset.

Ability to manage high‑pressure situations and deliver results within tight timelines.

Hands‑on experience with Huawei tools and network management platforms is a strong advantage.
