Job description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform welding activities (GTAW, SMAW, GMAW) to meet Fisher’s standards and quality requirements.
• Work closely with Supervisors and cross-functional teams on welding and rework tasks.
• Carry out daily machine maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a safe, efficient workspace.
• Update Job Pack and Oracle system accurately after process completion.
• Support production schedules by meeting On-Time Delivery (OTD) requirements.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Proficiency in GTAW, SMAW, and GMAW welding processes.
• At least 5 years of welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication industries.
• At least 5 years of experience welding pressure parts.
• Age between 25 to 45 years.
• Non-smoker.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• More than 5 years’ experience as a welder specializing in GTAW, SMAW, and GMAW.
• Strong knowledge of welding machine basic settings and adjustments.
• Proven ability to handle complex rework and precision welding tasks.
• Demonstrated record of meeting production quality and OTD requirements.
